Taxation Strategy

Our taxation strategy covers Coral Insurance Services Limited, its majority shareholder BHL (UK) Holdings Limited (“BHLUK”) and Minster Law Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of BHLUK.

Our strategy applies to all taxes that we are subject to and is reviewed and approved, on a no less than annual basis, by the Board of BHLUK and all other entities to which it relates.
